1. License Grant

When you purchase SaaS Starter, you receive a license to use the source code according to the plan you selected:

• Starter License ($149): You may use the source code in one (1) commercial project. This includes personal projects, side projects, and a single client project.
• Unlimited License ($299): You may use the source code in an unlimited number of commercial projects, including client work. This is an agency-style license suitable for freelancers and agencies.

Both licenses grant you the right to modify the source code as needed. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code or repository access with others.

2. Access and Delivery

After purchase, you will receive an invitation to a private GitHub repository containing the full source code, documentation, and AI configuration files. Access is granted to the GitHub account associated with the email used during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SaaS Starter for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. See our refund policy for details.

4. Updates

All purchases include free updates for life. Updates are delivered through the GitHub repository. We reserve the right to change the scope of future updates at our discretion, but you will always retain access to all code available at the time of your purchase.

5. No Warranty

SaaS Starter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating the code before deploying it to production.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaaS Starter or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

7. Third-Party Services

SaaS Starter integrates with third-party services including Clerk, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of SaaS Starter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
